Abbe has 20 years of experience in talent assessment, planning and pipelining, acquisition, coaching, and development. Her passion is to help individuals and teams reach new levels of performance producing a Level Four learning result and ultimately improving organizational performance. She is co-creator of “Your Personal Sigma”, the firm’s signature blended leadership development and organizational change program integrating the principles and tools of Six Sigma with metric-driven OD techniques.

Abbe earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and is a Master’s Degree candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Workplace Diversity from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her master's degree research was on linking Six Sigma’s process improvement method to improving human performance. Abbe has also received Six Sigma Green Belt training.
